Would you LOVE a “Spiritual Sunday”?

Time to step back, detach, be with lovely like minded people and practice working with energy?

Well I’m putting together a “Spiritual Sunday retreat” where we will gather and have such a soul soothing time 

Day will include -;

1. Guided Meditation to clear us of any non serving energy 
2. Angel card readings (no experience necessary) 
3. Do an exercise where we work with Arch Angel Michael to cut any non serving cords and attachments 
4. Share a vegetarian lunch 
5. Receive a healing treatment 
6. Give a healing treatment 
7. Recall our energy 
8. Ground ourselves
